A first look at Liam Hemsworth as Geralt of Rivia has been revealed in a new teaser for the fourth season of NetflixS “The Witcher.” the clip, released September 13, 2025, offers a glimpse of Hemsworth stepping into the role previously held by Henry Cavill, showcasing his interpretation of the iconic monster hunter.
The upcoming season will see Geralt embroiled in a raging war against countless enemies, and hints at unexpected alliances forming along the way. Filming for both the fourth and fifth – and final – seasons began in April 2024 and March 2025 respectively, with the latter expected to wrap imminently. These two seasons are slated to adapt the remaining three novels in Andrzej Sapkowski’s series: “Baptism of Fire,” “The Tower of the Swallow,” and “Lady of the Lake.”
