Lesieur Cristal Revenue Dips 1.11% in 2025 | Morocco Agro-Industry Leader

Casablanca, Morocco – Lesieur Cristal S.A., a leading agro-industrial company in Morocco, reported a slight decrease in consolidated revenue for fiscal year 2025, according to company officials. Revenue totaled 5.394 billion Moroccan dirhams (approximately $593.34 million USD), a 1.11% decline compared to the previous year.

Established in 1941 as Lesieur Afrique by Groupe Lesieur France, the company evolved through mergers with Unigral Cristal and the Société d’Exploitation des Produits Oléagineux (SEPO) in the 1990s to become the present-day Lesieur Cristal. According to company records, the firm is a significant player in the production of table oils, olive oil, personal hygiene products, and household cleaning agents.

Currently, Oléosud holds a 43.52% stake in Lesieur Cristal, making it the largest shareholder. Other significant shareholders include Divers Actionnaires (23.97%), CIMR (9.00%), Groupe MCMA-MAMDA (8.66%), Wafa Assurance (7.34%), and Caisse Marocaine de Retraite (CMR) with 7.07%. Saham Assurance holds a smaller share at 0.40%. The company is publicly traded on the Casablanca stock exchange under the ticker symbol LES.

Lesieur Cristal’s product portfolio includes brands such as Lesieur, Huilor, Cristal, Lesieur Condiments, Al Horra, Jawhara, Domaine de Kalea, Olea Moresca, Taous, El Kef, Magdor, Ledda, and Familia. The company has been expanding its presence beyond Morocco, strengthening its operations in Tunisia and Senegal, supported by both Groupe Avril and Moroccan shareholders.

In recent news, Lesieur Cristal participated in the 2024 International Agricultural Show in Morocco (SIAM), reaffirming its commitment to sustainable agriculture. The company also recently launched a new communication platform for its Ledda brand, featuring the tagline “Najah Andou Ledda,” highlighting the feeling of success.

The company’s headquarters are located at 1, Rue Caporal Corbi BP: 3095 Roches Noir, Casablanca, Morocco. Peter Tagge serves as the Director General (DG). As of 2022, Lesieur Cristal’s capitalization was valued at 5.71 billion dirhams, with a net profit of 140 million dirhams reported in 2021 and a turnover of 4.86 billion dirhams.
