Designed for children aged 10 and older, the 652-piece build functions as both a decorative Halloween display piece and an interactive playset. According to product specifications detailed by LEGO and Heureka, users can turn a stirring rod mechanism built into the model to slide open the exterior cauldron, revealing a detailed Hogwarts classroom interior. The interior contains removable benches, a blackboard, potion bottles, and ingredients configured for concocting a werewolf potion, Polyjuice Potion, and a love potion.
The set includes two LEGO minifigures equipped with individual wands: Professor Snape and Hermione Granger. Additional collectible elements comprise one of fourteen possible Hogwarts portraits and a brick-built otter representing Hermione’s Patronus, which forms part of the 25th-anniversary LEGO Harry Potter collection. As outlined in the official product data, the completed cauldron stands over 20 centimeters high, 14 centimeters wide, and 13 centimeters deep, with digital building instructions provided through the 3D LEGO Builder application.
LEGO Set Offers Role-Play with Snape and Hermione Minifigures
The set is promoted as a creative gift for girls, boys, and Harry Potter fans aged 10 and up who enjoy fantasy adventures, offering a brick-built bubbling cauldron that doubles as a room display.
