League of Legends: New Community Event Support Program & Demacia Swag!
Riot Games announced today a novel initiative, the League of Legends Community Event Support Program, designed to bolster community-organized events across North America. The program will provide eligible event organizers with official support packages featuring limited-edition themed merchandise and in-game content.
The initial wave of support kits, themed around the realm of Demacia, will include collectible patches, Demacian-branded mousepads, lanyards, and stickers. Recipients will also receive select Demacia-related in-game skins, emotes, a ward skin, and icons for distribution to event attendees. The program is open to organizers planning events between March 30th and April 30th, with future seasons planned to support events occurring later in the year.
Riot Games is partnering with Rally Cry, an esports company focused on inclusive gaming experiences, to administer the program. Applications for the first round of support kits are now being accepted.
The announcement comes as League of Legends continues to expand its presence in North America, with Riot Games recently announcing that the 2026 League of Legends World Championship will be hosted in Allen, Texas, and New York City. The majority of League of Legends servers in North America are located in Dallas, Texas, with additional servers in Los Angeles, Seattle, and Toronto, according to Riot Games. The game is available for download on both Windows and Mac platforms.
