Birmingham’s Sanders Trust Opens $31 Million Rehabilitation Hospital in Florida
LAKE CITY,FL – A new $31 million rehabilitation hospital is now open in Lake City,Florida,bringing specialized care to the region. Developed by Birmingham, Alabama-based The Sanders Trust, ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Lake City began providing patient care this week.
the 45,000-square-foot facility features 36 private beds and is designed to treat over 650 patients annually with conditions including stroke, brain injury, spinal injury, and other complex medical needs. Amenities include a gym for individualized therapy, a dining room with a dedicated chef, comfortable living spaces, and an outdoor courtyard with varied walking terrains for rehabilitation.
The hospital is located on a 7.5-acre site south of West U.S. 90. MJ Harris served as the contractor for the project, building from designs created by Studio+.
