- Running a Red Light: Violators will face immediate legal action.
- Misuse of Vehicles: Using a vehicle for unintended purposes,such as unauthorized passenger transport,is strictly prohibited.
- Unlicensed Passenger Transport: Transporting passengers for a fare without proper authorization will lead to penalties.
Actions Requiring Immediate Arrest

- Driving Without a License: Operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license.

Driving Under the Influence: Severe Penalties
Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgment carries severe consequences. According to the Ministry of Interior:
Driving a car or trying to drive it under the influence of intoxicating drinks, drugs, or mental effects that affect a person’s natural strength and cause an accident that resulted in an injury or death, and that it will be punished with imprisonment for a period of no less than two years and no more than five years, and a fine of no less than 2000 Kuwaiti dinars and no more than 5,000 dinars.
