Rabat – Mauritania and the Saudi fund for Development (SFD) are exploring expanded collaboration on key development projects, announced Monday following discussions between Mauritanian Prime Minister Mukhtar Ould Ajay and SFD CEO Sultan Al-Murshid in Nouakchott. The talks focused on bolstering economic development and securing financing for Mauritania’s priority initiatives.
This renewed commitment to partnership arrives as Mauritania seeks to accelerate its economic growth and diversify its funding sources.
