Kumamoto Football Festa 2025 Opens Registration for Youth Soccer Tournaments
Kumamoto, Japan – The Kumamoto Prefectural Football Association is now accepting applications for the 2025 Kumamoto Football Festa, a series of youth soccer tournaments designed for players from preschool (older children) through second grade elementary school. The events aim to provide accessible playing opportunities for young athletes, regardless of prior experience.
The Kumamoto Football Festa offers a series of six tournament dates spanning from September 14th,2025,to January 25th,2026,catering to two age groups: U-8 (second-year elementary school students) and U-7 (primary school year or less),with each group limited to six teams. The tournaments emphasize participation and skill progress, welcoming beginners and allowing multiple team entries to maximize player involvement.
Tournament dates and venues are as follows:
* September 14th, 2025: Ritter Sports Field
* October 5th, 2025: Ritter Sports Field
* October 26th, 2025: Evore Park (beach court)
* november 16th, 2025: Evore park (beach court)
* December 14th, 2025: Football park Miyoshi
* January 25th, 2026: Football Park Miyoshi
Each tournament day will run from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, following a 9:00 AM reception. The participation fee is 5,000 yen per team. Players must be enrolled in accident insurance with parental consent. Registration for each tournament date closes one week prior to the event,or when capacity is reached.
