“My current boss saw it and contacted me on Instagram,” Wolter explained. Initially hesitant, he eventually accepted the offer.“I didn’t want to be in a situation where someone could say I only made it as of someone else’s help.” After a long phone call, he received a job offer to join their marketing team.

Today, Kevin is a full-time marketing and social media manager. “It’s a entirely new life for me. Now I have a 40-hour week again. I’m in the office, and I’m just mega happy and excited about where my journey is going.” He finds it surreal to negotiate with former peers in his new role.
