Kenny Chesney & Dierks Bentley Perform at College Gameday in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Country music superstars Kenny Chesney and‌ Dierks Bentley will perform live at College ​GameDay in Nashville this Saturday, ESPN announced. The performances will take place on Wyatt Lawn during the ⁢show.

Comedian and actor Nate Bargatze, a Middle Tennessee native, will represent Vanderbilt University ​as the guest picker ahead⁣ of the game.

college GameDay’s visit marks its first return to Nashville since 2008, when the ⁢Commodores defeated Auburn 14-13 ​and improved to a 5-0 ​record. Vanderbilt entered Saturday’s game against LSU ranked No.17 in the⁢ Associated Press Top 25 and climbed to⁢ No. 10 in the latest rankings released Sunday. Missouri, coming off a 23-17 double-overtime win against Auburn with a game-winning run​ by quarterback Beau Pribula, also holds a ⁢6-1⁣ season record.

Both Vanderbilt and Missouri are 6-1 overall and 2-1 ⁣in SEC play. Vanderbilt’s only loss this season was on the road against‍ Alabama, a team that also defeated Missouri earlier ‌in the season.​

FirstBank Stadium is⁣ sold out for the highly anticipated ranked in-conference matchup. The pre-game show will air live at 8 a.m. before Saturday’s kickoff.
