Taipei – Ke wenzhe, former Taipei mayor and current presidential candidate, has reportedly secured the NT$70 million (approximately US$2.2 million) bail‌ required in a corruption examination, with White Councilor Huang Guochang identified as key​ to finalizing the payment.
