According to Companies House records, Adrian Murphy, Jack Mcinnes, and Angharad Low were terminated as charity directors on September 30, 2025. Robb from Shepherd & Wedderburn and Callum Paterson from the University of edinburgh have been appointed as interim directors. The charity, which provides vital support to people affected by Motor Neurone Disease and their families, is grappling with a significant shortfall in income, threatening its ability to deliver essential services.
MND Scotland has not disclosed the exact number of jobs at risk or the extent of the salary cuts,but stated the proposed changes are necessary to ensure the organization’s long-term sustainability. The charity emphasized its commitment to continuing its core work, including funding research and providing care for those living with MND.
