JMU Field Hockey Players Selected for 2025 Senior Nexus Championship
Virginia Beach, Va. – Six James Madison University (JMU) field hockey players have been recognized for their talent, with selections to the 2025 Senior Nexus Championship (NXC) presented by Osaka Hockey. the championship will be held at the virginia Beach Regional Training Center from July 18-20.
key Players Named to the Squad:
Skyler Brown: A consistent starter, Brown played in all 20 games last season, contributing five goals and two assists, including two game-winning goals. ava Drexler-Amey: A versatile midfielder/defender,drexler-Amey started 19 games and recorded six points (1 goal,4 assists).
Brynna Hill: A key offensive player, Hill is poised for a strong season, having scored three goals and four assists for 10 points in her sophomore year.
Molly Schreiner: Recognized as a 2024-All-MAC Freshman Team honoree, Schreiner is a rising star within the Dukes program.
