HOUSTON, TX – Nearly three dozen Jewish singles, all over the age of 50, recently attended a performance by Classic Albums Live at Miller Outdoor Theater on Saturday, June 28, 2025. The band paid tribute to Fleetwood Mac,performing “Rumours” adn other hits. The event was organized by karen Scheinbaum, volunteer director of Better Together Jewish Singles.
Upcoming event: Independence Day Shabbat
The next event for Better Together Jewish Singles Over 50 will be an Independence Day Shabbat and celebration on Friday, July 4, 2025, held at Congregation Emanu El. The evening will include dinner, Shabbat services, dessert, a movie, music, and games.Attendees will also have the prospect to view the Hermann Park fireworks display from the rooftop parking garage.
