Jessica Alba and Cash Warren Divorce Finalized: Custody & Asset Details

Los Angeles, CA – The divorce between actress Jessica Alba and film producer Cash Warren is now final, officially ending a nearly two-decade-long marriage. Court documents obtained by multiple entertainment outlets, including TMZ, confirm the legal proceedings have concluded.

The former couple will share joint custody of their three children: Honor, 17; Haven, 14; and Hayes, 8. Neither Alba nor Warren will receive spousal support, according to the settlement. However, Jessica Alba will pay Cash Warren a lump sum of $3 million to balance the division of assets, to be disbursed in two installments of $1.5 million each, with the second payment due one year from now. The payments are structured to be non-taxable, according to reports.

Jessica Alba has also legally restored her maiden name, reverting to Jessica Alba. The divorce filing, initially submitted in February 2025, cited irreconcilable differences, with the date of separation listed as December 27, 2024.

The settlement was negotiated with the assistance of high-profile attorneys: Laura Wasser representing Alba, and Adam Lipsic representing Warren. Sources indicate the divorce proceedings were relatively amicable.

Following the separation, both Alba and Warren have reportedly moved on to new relationships. Alba is reportedly dating actor Danny Ramirez, known for his role in the Captain America universe. Warren has been linked to both actress Seanna Pereira and model Hana Sun Doerr.

Both Alba and Warren have refrained from extensive public statements beyond confirming the amicable nature of the split and prioritizing the well-being of their children. Fox News Digital reached out to attorneys for both parties for comment but did not receive a response.
