the jee advanced examination took place on may 18, 2025, conducted in two shifts. Paper 1 was held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., while Paper 2 took place from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. the provisional answer key was released on May 25, allowing candidates to raise objections until May 27 at 5 p.m.

candidates who qualify can participate in the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (josaa) counselling process for iit admissions.Registrations for josaa counselling will commence on June 3, 2025.
