Las Vegas Aces Secure 15th Consecutive Victory, 92-61, Over Chicago Sky
Las Vegas dominated the Chicago Sky on Monday, September 9, wiht a decisive 92-61 victory, extending their winning streak to 15 games. Guard Jackie Young led the Aces in the third quarter with 10 points and finished the night tied with teammate Jewell Loyd as the game’s leading scorer with 15 points. The Aces’ performance solidified their position as a top contender heading into the 2025 WNBA Playoffs.
The win improves the Aces’ regular season record to 29-14, and sets the stage for a crucial playoff seeding scenario. Las Vegas entered their final regular season game tied with the Atlanta Dream for the No.2 seed. The outcome of both teams’ final games will determine whether the Aces will be the No.2 or No.3 seed in the playoffs, were they will face either the Golden State Valkyries, Indiana Fever, or Seattle Storm.
