NFL Announces Post Malone, Lil Jon, and Renée Elise Goldsberry to Headline Thanksgiving Day Performances
The NFL has revealed the entertainment lineup for its three Thanksgiving Day games, featuring Post Malone, Lil Jon, and Renée Elise Goldsberry. These artists will perform during halftime and pre-game ceremonies, adding to the tradition of the annual holiday matchups.
The announcements come as the NFL continues to elevate the fan experience with high-profile musical acts. Post Malone will perform at halftime during the game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium. Lil Jon will entertain fans during the AFC North rivalry game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Baltimore Ravens. Additionally, Renée Elise goldsberry will sing the national anthem before the Ravens-Bengals game, while CeCe Winans will perform the anthem in Detroit.
In a separate announcement, the Detroit Lions have secured a long-term partnership with Eminem and his manager, Paul Rosenberg, to curate halftime shows through 2027. Rosenberg stated, “We are honored to join the Lions and be part of the greatest tradition in Detroit sports. We look forward to delivering unforgettable shows with world-class artists to the fans at Ford Field and the millions of spectators across the country.” This collaboration builds on last week’s news of Eminem’s involvement with the lions’ Thanksgiving Day game.
The Thanksgiving Day tradition in Detroit dates back to 1934, marking its 86th edition this year. The NFL’s continued investment in entertainment underscores the league’s commitment to providing a compelling spectacle for its broad audience.
