Italian Rapper Tony Boy Arrested in Milan for Drugs and Illegal Firearms

August 23, 2026 Emma Walker – News Editor News

Italian police arrested 26-year-old urban music artist Tony Boy—legally named Antonio Hueber—in Milan on August 23, 2026, following the discovery of narcotics, a modified firearm, and live ammunition at his residence. According to local media reports, the rapper faces charges of drug trafficking and illegal weapons possession after law enforcement intercepted him in a vehicle and subsequently raided his home.

The Arrest and Search in Milan

The sequence of events began during the early hours of a Saturday morning in Milan. According to local reports, security forces intercepted the musician sitting in the back of a vehicle alongside an associate. Officers discovered a small packet of cocaine inside the automobile, prompting a targeted inspection of Hueber’s residential property.

Inside the apartment, authorities recovered four grams of cocaine, eight grams of hashish, and one gram of marihuana. Alongside the narcotics, police seized a precision weighing scale, a 6.35 caliber pistol with an obliterated serial number, and approximately fifty rounds of ammunition.

Social Media Broadcast and Additional Charges

As officers executed the search warrant inside his residence, Hueber initiated a live broadcast of the police operation across his social media channels. According to news coverage, the artist addressed the officers on camera, stating: “Me grabaré a mí mismo, no os grabaré a vosotros, pero no entiendo por qué estáis en mi casa,” which translates contextually to him telling authorities he would record himself rather than them, while questioning their presence. Officers instructed him to power down his mobile device.

That digital broadcast compounded his legal jeopardy. Beyond the initial narcotics and weapons counts, prosecutors formally logged supplementary denunciations against the artist. These additional charges include resisting a public official, receiving stolen goods, and the illicit processing of data stemming from the unauthorized digital transmission of an active police investigation.

Detention and Institutional Response

Following the raid, authorities transferred the Padua-born performer to the San Vittore prison in Milan. Italian news sources confirmed he remains in custody pending formal court appearances.
