Chef Pellino intends to build upon Alto’s ⁢existing reputation, focusing on a dining experience ‍characterized by warmth, generosity, and ⁤authentic Italian flavors. Born in Meolo, near Venice, Chef Pellino’s culinary journey began in⁣ his family’s kitchen, learning⁤ traditional techniques⁢ from his mother and grandmother.He formally trained at culinary school and launched his professional career with ‌an ‌internship at ⁣a London five-star hotel, where he worked alongside Michelin-starred‌ chefs. This experience fueled‍ his ambition towards haute cuisine, leading ‍him to France to study classical⁤ French cooking. ​

He‌ quickly rose through the ranks, becoming ‌Chef de ⁣Partie at Georges Blanc, a 3 Michelin-starred restaurant, within two years.​ Further experience included mastering molecular gastronomy at Zanze XVI in ⁣Venice, opening a seasonal restaurant ⁢in Megeve, and managing an Italian bistro on Mazzorbo Island. Prior to ⁤joining Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, he served⁤ as Sous⁢ Chef in Taipei, leading a team​ of​ 18 chefs.
