IQ Boxer Wins After Eye Injury, Shares Recovery Story

Thai Boxer ‘IQ’ Pimon Sri Yot Overcomes eye Injury to Secure Victory

Buriram, Thailand – Boxer Ajarn Pimon Sri Yot, 23, demonstrated remarkable resilience and determination in his latest bout, securing a unanimous decision victory against Aziso Mala Testa of italy. The fight, contested under Absolutely Muay Thai rules, marked Yot’s eighth professional match.

Though, the triumph was shadowed by a significant injury sustained during the third round. Yot took to social media to update fans on his condition, revealing an eye injury that required stitches.

“Many people have asked about my symptoms,” Yot stated. “Today, I want to share an update. During the third round of my last fight, I sustained an eye injury. It was an accidental clash,and the opponent did not intend for it to happen.”

Yot recounted the moment the medical team assessed his injury. “At that time, the field medical team diagnosed that the competition should be terminated because my vision began to fade,” he explained. “But with the determination to do my best, I decided to continue fighting. I was able to win by score successfully. I must admit, though, the opponent is truly good, and I was quite worried about his punches.”

Despite his success in the ring, Yot remains humble and focused on future improvement. “Even though I haven’t reached my intended goal yet, not being able to do it today doesn’t mean I can’t do it tommorow,” he said. “I will continue to dedicate myself and develop continuously as I beleive effort never hurts anyone.”

Yot concluded by expressing gratitude to his supporters. “I woudl like to thank the One team, the PK team, sponsors, and all the fans who have always followed and encouraged me,” he shared. “I promise that one day I will definitely succeed!”
