Integratel Perú: Financial Turnaround & 2025 Performance Report

February 17, 2026 Priya Shah – Business Editor Business

Integratel Perú, formerly known as Telefónica del Perú, reported a 26.5% increase in its operating result for 2025, reaching S/639 million more than in 2024, according to financial reports released this week. The gains follow a significant restructuring process initiated after a change in ownership in April 2025.

The company’s turnaround is attributed to a strategy focused on cost efficiency and strengthening key business areas, particularly fiber optic services. Revenue from fiber optics increased by 28.5% compared to the previous year, while postpaid segment revenue remained stable. These results mark the first full-year financial reporting period under the Integratel name, officially adopted in June 2025 following shareholder approval and notification to the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV).

Despite the positive operating result, Integratel Perú experienced a 12.6% decrease in overall revenue from ordinary activities, totaling S/ 5,261,930 million for 2025. The company offset this decline through operational efficiencies, achieving S/ 229 million in cost savings. The net loss for the year was S/ 1,729,988 million, a 49% reduction compared to the S/ 3,391,594 million loss recorded in 2024.

The restructuring included modernization of over 2,000 mobile network base stations and the launch of 5G operations. Integratel also expanded its 4G coverage to more than 53,000 rural communities through its partnership with Internet para Todos. An additional 110 population centers were connected via the Canon por Cobertura mechanism.

The churn rate for portable customers decreased from 2.9% to 2.2% at the close of 2025. The average revenue per user (ARPU) in the postpaid segment increased by 2.2%. The company has not yet commented on future investment plans or specific targets for 2026.
