Illinois Tourism Receives $6.3 Million boost Through Grant Programs

Springfield, IL – Governor JB Pritzker and the Illinois Department of Commerce and economic Opportunity (DCEO) announced on June 30, 2025, the allocation of $6.3 million in grant funding to 36 recipients, aimed at bolstering the state’s thriving tourism industry. The funding is distributed across three key programs: the Route 66 Grant Program, the Tourism Attractions Grant Program, and the Tourism private Sector Grant Program
