Gothenburg, Sweden – pioneering Swedish YouTube creators Victor beer, Emil Ejdemo‌ Beer, and‍ Joel Adolphson, collectively known as I just Want To Be Cool, ⁣will receive⁣ the Göteborg Film Festival ⁣Prisma’s 2025 Honorary Award. ‍The group will be celebrated at a ‍special event at ‌Cinema Draken on Thursday, October‌ 23rd, featuring clips from their decade-plus career and‍ personal⁢ reflections.

The award recognizes ‍I Just Want ‌To Be cool’s significant impact ‍on digital storytelling, bridging the gap between online content creation and established film and television. ‍Their comedic sketches‍ and⁤ series‌ have resonated with‍ generations of young viewers, inspiring countless​ others to explore creative expression.
