The 2023 fixtures bonus can be released even without a renovation of the house through the 50% home bonus, the 50% security bonus or the 50% eco-bonus. Regard to the eco-bonusthe replacement of the fixtures allows for a thermal improvement of the building and, therefore, a tax deduction is granted 50% on a total expenditure of a maximum amount of 60,000 euros for each house.
