WhatsApp Users Can Now Customize Their App Icons with Nova Launcher‘s “white Tiger Mode”
A new customization option is available for WhatsApp users leveraging the Nova Launcher: the ability to change the app’s icon to a “white tiger mode” design. While Nova Launcher’s customization capabilities are limited to the WhatsApp logo – its colour, shape, or size – the change offers a fresh visual experience for users seeking to personalize their device’s interface.
To activate “white tiger mode,” users must follow specific steps within the Nova Launcher settings. The launcher allows for broader interface customization beyond just WhatsApp, enabling users to alter the overall look of their Android device, even simulating the interface of other brands like Motorola or Apple.
Launchers modify the phone’s home screen, typically consisting of desktop screens for icons and widgets, a dock for frequently used apps, and an submission square listing all installed programs. Nova Launcher specifically allows users to adjust icon size, hide applications, and select alternative screen-off methods.
Users can revert to the original WhatsApp logo by uninstalling nova Launcher from the Play Store, which will also remove all interface customizations made through the application.
