HONOR is preparing to launch the X80i, a mid-range smartphone boasting a high-nit display and a substantial battery capacity, according to multiple reports originating from Thailand and circulating within the tech community.

The HONOR X80i is reported to feature a 6.5-inch display capable of reaching 6500 nits of brightness, a specification typically found in higher-finish devices. This level of brightness is intended to ensure visibility even in direct sunlight. Powering the device is expected to be a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset, offering a balance of performance and efficiency. The phone is too expected to include a large 7000mAh battery.

Alongside the X80i, rumors suggest HONOR is also developing a “Power 3” model, potentially featuring an even larger 15,000mAh battery.
