High Noon Spirits Company is recalling specific batches of its Hard Seltzer products due to a potential manufacturing error that could lead to unintentional alcohol ingestion. The company is advising consumers to check their cans for specific lot codes and lid colors.
According to High Noon, the affected products are those with a silver lid, or the bottom of the can displaying lot codes ranging from “L CCB 02JL25 2:55” to “L CCB 02JL25 3:11.” standard products are distinguished by black lids. The company stated that these specific batches may have been inadvertently filled with its Hard Seltzer product, which contains alcohol, instead of the intended non-alcoholic beverage.
The U.S. Food and Drug Management (FDA) has issued a warning to consumers who may have purchased these affected products. The agency advises against consuming the beverage from the identified cans to prevent the risk of unintentionally ingesting alcohol. Consumers with questions or who have purchased the affected products are encouraged to contact High Noon Consumer relations via email at consumerrelations@highnoonvodka.com for further guidance, including information on potential refunds.
