Melbourne, Australia – June 27, 2024 – The protracted liquidation process of the HHA Group of companies has reached its conclusion, with all entities except Heavy Haulage australia Pty Limited now officially deregistered. The finalization of these liquidations marks the end of a meaningful period of restructuring following initial administrations initiated in 2015.
The initial appointments relating to the HHA Group commenced on June 28th and July 1st, 2015, with John Lindholm appointed as administrator for various entities. These included the Liquidation of HHA Group,Voluntary Administration of Heavy haulage NT,and Voluntary Administration of Texas T. A separate Voluntary Administration was also undertaken for the broader HHA group, excluding Texas T and Heavy Haulage NT.
