How can I cancel my subscription?
- You can cancel anytime by calling Customer Service at 1-800-332-6733. Residents of California,Georgia,Maine,New York,Oregon,Vermont,and Virginia can cancel online through their Account Management page after logging into the website.
Can I get a refund for my subscription?
- Payments are non-refundable. no refunds or credits are given for unused portions of a subscription cancelled before the billing cycle ends. We may issue refunds or credits at our discretion. A refund issued in one instance does not obligate us to issue the same refund in the future.
