Karachi and other areas of Sindh are bracing for another round of rain, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department. The forecast indicates more precipitation on Friday, following moderate to heavy rainfall on Thursday that broke a long dry spell and brought relief from the summer heat.

The Met Office has issued a warning about potential urban flooding in several cities, citing “strong monsoon currents” entering the province. Thunderstorms and rain, with some areas experiencing moderate to heavy downpours, are expected in multiple districts through June 29.

The forecast for Karachi includes intermittent thunderstorms and rain with moderate to isolated heavy rainfall expected today. The maximum temperature will hover between 32-34°C, with a humidity level of 78 percent. On Saturday, similar conditions are predicted, while Sunday will be partly cloudy with chances of rain.
