Healthy Eating Workshop in Krumbach: Summer Recipes & Vitality Tips

A workshop on healthy eating and its connection to vitality will be held in Krumbach, Germany, on Friday, April 17th. The event, hosted by the VdK Krumbach local chapter, will feature nutritional counselor Ramona Kuen, who will demonstrate cooking techniques utilizing organic ingredients and share summer recipes.

The information session will take place at 6:00 PM in the Ringeisensaal of the Heilbad Krumbad, located at Bischof-Sproll-Straße 1. Attendees will be able to learn about incorporating fresh, biologically grown produce into their diets, according to the VdK Ortsverband Krumbach.

Ramona Kuen, a nutritional counselor and kinesiologist based in Krumbach, offers courses focused on wholesome and healthy nutrition. Her cooking classes emphasize the preparation of dishes using fresh, organic ingredients, and she shares her expertise and recipes to help participants improve their cooking skills and develop healthy eating habits. Kuen’s practice is located at 3 Premacher Weg, 86381 Krumbach (Schwaben).

The VdK Krumbach Ortsverband, a branch of the Bavarian VdK (Sozialverband VdK Bayern e.V.), aims to preserve traditional values and encourages community engagement. The event is open to the public for a participation fee of 7 euros per person.
