A young man named Kulab was killed,with a relative recounting his final moments: “He told me: ‘Don’t go alone,I’ll try to get some flour.’ The next day, I was dead.”
Kulab is survived by a sister and a younger brother who were entirely reliant on him, according to a statement from a loved one. The relative described Kulab as “a respectful young man,full of life. He did not get into needless matters and all those around him loved him.”
In response to the incident, Israel’s defense forces released a statement similar to one provided in the case of another individual, Abdullah.The statement indicated that they “took the possible precautions to mitigate damage to the civilian population” and requested the coordinates of the location where Kulab died to conduct a more thorough examination.
