Hayrettin faces legal complaint over Kaos Show dispute
Comedian and social media personality Hayrettin Onur Karaoğuz faces an intellectual property and partnership dispute at the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office after Sinerji Etkinlik filed a legal complaint claiming a 50 percent stake in the “Hayrettin ile Kaos Show” program and alleging unauthorized use of shared production materials, according to reporting published by sozcu.com.tr.
Sinerji Etkinlik Claims Revenue Sharing Agreement
The conflict centers on the creation and commercial execution of both the digital program and a live stage iteration. Sinerji Etkinlik stated in its legal filing that the collaboration began at the comedian’s request during a period of declining digital visibility. According to the company’s court submission, the verbal agreement established an equal 50/50 revenue-sharing model while Sinerji Medya managed overall organization. The firm alleged that program assets including logos, graphics, promotional clips, opening sequences, and editing materials were deployed without authorization in breach of their joint venture agreement.
Hayrettin Denies Partnership and Claims Brand Rights
Appearing at the courthouse to deliver testimony, Hayrettin rejected the partnership claims entirely. He maintained that he independently organizes and presents the program, which broadcasts on his personal YouTube channel. He asserted that all rights belong to him and that the show’s brand is officially registered under his name with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. “Sinerji Etkinlik şirketiyle aramda yapımcılık sözleşmesi yapılmadı,” Hayrettin stated, emphasizing that he never transferred any rights orally or in writing to the company.

Managerial Misrepresentation Allegations
The comedian also addressed the breakdown of his working relationship with the firm. He stated that he terminated all ties after discovering that a company representative had acted as his manager without authorization and collected payments under that guise. To recover those funds, Hayrettin initiated enforcement proceedings. He contended that the legal complaint filed against him functions as a pressure tactic by the company to avoid settling its debts.
