MexicoS Happiest States Revealed in New August 2025 Survey
A new national evaluation of happiness and well-being,conducted by Arias Consultores in August 2025,indicates important regional variations in how Mexicans perceive their quality of life. The survey assessed personal satisfaction, quality of life, and overall well-being across all 32 entities of the country.
happiness Levels by State
Querétaro residents reported the highest levels of happiness, with 57.4% expressing satisfaction with their daily lives. Coahuila followed closely with 53.5%, and Nuevo León registered 51.6%. The results highlight a trend of positive perception in states located in the North and Bajío regions.
Quality of Life Assessment
When evaluating overall quality of life, Querétaro again led with 57.5%. Coahuila achieved 55.6%, while Nuevo León scored 52.9%. These findings reinforce Querétaro’s position as a state with particularly favorable indicators.
overall Well-being Perception
In terms of general well-being, Querétaro and Coahuila maintained the top two positions, reporting 54.0% and 53.8% respectively. chihuahua ranked third, with 49.4% of its population reporting positive well-being.
