Hamilton Mourns the Loss of Beloved Bulldog, Roscoe

Los Angeles, CA ‍- Actor ⁢and‍ producer Tyler Perry has‍ shared a heartfelt tribute following the passing of his bulldog, Roscoe. Perry announced RoscoeS death on Instagram, expressing profound‌ gratitude for the years of ⁤companionship and joy the dog​ brought to ⁤his life.

“I⁣ feel so grateful and honoured to have shared my life with‌ such a ​beautiful soul, an angel ⁢and true friend,” Perry wrote. “Bringing Roscoe into my life was the best‌ decision I ever made,⁢ and I‌ will forever cherish the ⁢memories we created together.”

Perry adopted Roscoe ​in 2013, welcoming​ him into a home⁤ that already included another bulldog, Coco. Sadly, Coco passed away in 2020 from‍ a suspected heart​ attack, having ⁣been told by breeders her life would be limited ⁣due to ⁤birth‍ complications. reflecting on the difference between Coco’s passing ​and Roscoe’s, Perry acknowledged the unique pain of euthanasia.

“Although I lost Coco, I have never been faced with ⁣putting a dog to sleep before, though I know⁤ my mum and manny close friends have,” Perry shared. “It ⁤is indeed one ‍of the most painful⁣ experiences and I feel a deep connection to everyone who has gone through the loss of a‍ beloved pet.”

Perry emphasized the profound impact Roscoe had⁤ on his life, stating, “Even though it ‌was so hard, having ​him was one of the most ​beautiful parts of life, to ​love so deeply ‌and to be loved ‍in return.” ⁣He extended his thanks to those who had shown ⁣Roscoe love​ and support over the years, calling the outpouring of affection “so special to witness and feel.”
