God Bless America Performance: Cassidy Daniel & 101st Airborne | 2026
A performance of “God Bless America” by country artist Cassidy Daniels alongside members of the 101st Airborne Division Rappel Squad captivated attendees at Saturday’s Nashville Predators game against the Vegas Golden Knights, according to a social media post by the team.
The performance occurred during Ford Military Salute Week, an annual event hosted by the Predators to honor military members and their families. The week, running from March 17-21, included military displays at Bridgestone Arena and special activations during games on March 19 and March 21, according to a press release.
Saturday’s game featured a plaza party beginning at 10 a.m., with live music and games. The first 10,000 fans in attendance received a trucker hat presented by Ford. Prior to the game, the Predators hosted a reception for military families and a baby shower for five military wives with Operation Homefront.
The Predators Foundation auctioned off specialty military jerseys during both games, with fans able to bid via text message. Proceeds from the auction, along with sales of mystery pucks and mini sticks, will benefit military-focused organizations in the Middle Tennessee area, the team announced.
Thursday’s game against the Seattle Kraken also featured military appreciation elements, including a plaza party starting at 5 p.m. And in-game performances. Cathy Mullins sang the National Anthem on Saturday, while Jay Ammo performed the anthem on Thursday. Charlie Worsham performed on the Ford Band Stage on Saturday, and CreatiVets + Craig Campbell performed on Thursday.
Current and former armed forces members received a 20 percent discount on orders during the week, which kicked off with a viewing party at Neighbors in Murfreesboro on March 17 as the Predators faced the Winnipeg Jets.
