GloRilla’s Sister Claims Rapper Hasn’t Helped Family Financially

March 23, 2026 Julia Evans – Entertainment Editor Entertainment

A public dispute between Grammy-nominated rapper GloRilla and her sister, Victoria “Scar Face” Woods, has escalated, with Woods alleging the artist has not financially supported their family despite her recent success. The claims, initially made earlier this week, were reiterated in a Thursday interview with TMZ, where Woods asserted GloRilla owes each family member at least $2,500.

“She got an obligation to share the wealth. We stayed here, and we struggled together,” Woods told TMZ, adding that GloRilla prioritizes spending on friends over family. She further alleged that two siblings currently residing with GloRilla in Atlanta are treated as “housemaids.”

Woods criticized what she perceives as a misleading public image of GloRilla, stating, “Y’all keep painting this picture like she’s just a good person and an upright person. She’s not.” She referenced a white Jaguar GloRilla purchased for their father, questioning the disparity between that gesture and the lack of consistent financial support for other family members.

According to Woods, GloRilla hasn’t provided any financial assistance to the family in four years and expressed indifference towards her mother’s opinion regarding their public disagreement. She suggested that, given GloRilla’s presumed earnings of $2 million, a reasonable contribution would be $2,500 per family member.

GloRilla responded to the allegations on Facebook, sharing a screenshot of purported text messages from their mother expressing gratitude, alongside a link to the job search website Indeed. The post appears to be a direct response to Woods’ claims of ongoing financial hardship within the family.

The dispute comes as GloRilla’s public profile continues to rise. She was recently seen courtside at a Toronto Raptors game supporting her boyfriend, NBA player Brandon Ingram, a moment captured by the team’s social media accounts. The appearance followed previous high-profile sporting event attendance, including the 2025 NBA All-Star Game and Michael Rubin’s Super Bowl party, demonstrating a growing presence in both the music and sports worlds. The Raptors won the game against the Atlanta Hawks 138-118, with Ingram scoring 16 points and nine rebounds.

GloRilla and Ingram’s relationship became more public after being spotted together in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in July. She further signaled the relationship with a No. 3 iced-out chain, referencing Ingram’s jersey number, during the Raptors’ season opener.
