The fourth season of the sci-fi horror series From will premiere on MGM+ on April 19, 2026, with all ten episodes dropping weekly on Sundays, according to an official announcement. The renewal for a fourth season was confirmed even before the conclusion of season three in November 2024.

A trailer for the upcoming season, released on February 4, 2026, features Harold Perrineau, Catalina Sandino Moreno, and Eion Bailey, and sets a chilling tone, culminating in the release date and streaming platform reveal. The trailer is currently available on YouTube.

From, created by John Griffin – likewise known for his work on Sleep Stalker and the Disney+ film Crater – initially debuted on Epix on February 20, 2022. Seasons two and three followed on MGM+ in April 2023 and September 2024, respectively.

The series has garnered critical acclaim, achieving a 7.8 rating out of 10 on IMDb based on over 170,000 user reviews. Rotten Tomatoes reports a 96% Tomatometer score and an 87% Popcornmeter score, with over 1,000 reviews. From received two awards in 2023: Best Horror Television Series: Network/Cable at the Saturn Awards, and Best Supporting Performance by a Male in a Dramatic Series for Ricky He at the Leo Awards.

The core cast from previous seasons will return for season four, including Harold Perrineau as Boyd Stevens, Catalina Sandino Moreno as Tabitha Matthews, Eion Bailey as Jim Matthews, David Alpay as Jade Herrera, Elizabeth Saunders as Donna Raines, Hannah Cheramy as Julie Matthews, Simon Webster as Ethan Matthews, Ricky He as Kenny Liu, Chloe Van Landschoot as Kristi Miller, Shaun Majumder as Father Rudra Khatri, Corteon Moore as Ellis, and Avery Konrad as Sara Myers.

New to the cast for season four is Julia Doyle, who will portray the character of Sophia. Doyle’s previous credits include Hell of a Summer and Astrid and Lilly Save the World.

Season three of From concluded with Boyd Stevens struggling to maintain control of the increasingly fractured town as residents faced starvation, harsh winter conditions, and the ever-present threat of the creatures that emerge at night. The season also saw Tabitha playing a crucial role in protecting children from the dangers of the town, and uncovered a connection between the reincarnations of Miranda and Christopher as Tabitha and Jade. Julie’s transformation into a story walker and her attempt to save her father, Jim, from impending death, formed a central narrative thread. The season finale left several storylines unresolved.

Season four is expected to delve deeper into the mysteries surrounding the town, exploring themes of time and the residents’ desperate search for a way to escape. According to promotional materials, the new season will shift the focus from mere survival to actively seeking a path to freedom, raising the stakes with increased mystery, escape attempts, and conflict.

Filming for the fourth season took place in Nova Scotia, Canada, and wrapped in November 2025. The series is a production of Midnight Radio, Gozie AGBO, MGM Television, and MGM+ Studios.

While From will be available in selected regions on Netflix, MGM+ will serve as the primary streaming platform. Previous seasons are also available on Stan, Sky Sci-Fi, Paramount+, and OSN+, depending on the viewer’s location.
