Free Yoga Classes to Begin at FENCE This Friday
TRYON – The Foothills Equestrian Nature center (FENCE) will launch a series of free weekly yoga classes this Friday, October 10, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. The classes are open to all experience levels and aim to provide accessible wellness opportunities for the community.
the sessions will be led by Rhonda Giles, an experienced yoga instructor, and will emphasize gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle, though extra mats will be provided.
Funding for the classes is provided by a Free Community Event Grant from the Polk County Community Foundation, supporting wellness initiatives throughout the Foothills area.
FENCE,a nonprofit association located at 3381 Hunting Country Road in Tryon,is dedicated to outdoor recreation,education,and community engagement. Beyond yoga, FENCE offers hiking trails, nature programs, and equestrian events throughout the year.
