The launch of this coordination program comes as the real estate market in the Greater Boston area continues to experience high demand and rapid turnover. While specific data on apartment transition friction was not provided by Laiona Moving, recent reports from the Buffalo Business First indicate robust activity in high-end real estate deals in Erie County, New York, with August 2025 setting a record for the number of such transactions – 353 deals, according to the publication. July 2025 saw 349 high-end deals, falling just short of the all-time high.
