Free Quote & Contact | Boston Property Management LLC

March 24, 2026 Emma Walker – News Editor News

Laiona Moving LLC, a Boston-area moving company, has launched a new program designed to streamline apartment transitions by coordinating directly with property managers across Greater Boston. The initiative aims to address logistical challenges often encountered during move-in and move-out processes, according to a press release issued Tuesday.

The program focuses on improving communication and scheduling between tenants, movers, and property management companies. Details released by Laiona Moving indicate the service will handle tasks such as scheduling elevator access, coordinating key exchanges, and ensuring compliance with building-specific moving regulations. The company stated the goal is to reduce delays and potential damage during apartment turnovers.

The launch of this coordination program comes as the real estate market in the Greater Boston area continues to experience high demand and rapid turnover. While specific data on apartment transition friction was not provided by Laiona Moving, recent reports from the Buffalo Business First indicate robust activity in high-end real estate deals in Erie County, New York, with August 2025 setting a record for the number of such transactions – 353 deals, according to the publication. July 2025 saw 349 high-end deals, falling just short of the all-time high. These figures, though geographically distinct, suggest a generally active housing market where efficient move management could be particularly valuable.

Laiona Moving’s announcement included a standard opt-in/opt-out clause for text message communications regarding lease-related items and urgent notifications. Customers can reply “STOP” to opt-out or “HELP” for more information, with standard message and data rates applying. The company also referenced its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

The company did not disclose the number of property management companies currently participating in the program, nor did it specify any anticipated pricing structure for the coordination service. A representative for Laiona Moving was not immediately available for comment regarding potential expansion plans or specific metrics for measuring the program’s success.
