As of 9:59 PM, air raid sirens were sounding in eleven regions – Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Sumy, Poltava, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Donetsk – in addition to the Chernihiv region.
