Following allegations made by actress Asena Keskinci, reported in the press and circulating on social media on November 19, 2025, actor Evrim Akın has issued a statement through his lawyer, Mertay Kuğay, vehemently denying the claims. Keskinci, known for her role in the TV series Bez Bebek, reportedly alleged psychological pressure from Akın during filming.
Kuğay’s statement asserts that the events and allegations described by Keskinci are “wholly aphakic, imaginary and unreal.” The lawyer emphasized that the matter pertains to akın’s private life and that the allegations constitute an unwarranted intrusion.
The statement also addressed reports concerning Güray Keskinci, noting a three-year relationship built on “love and respect” between Akın and Mr. Keskinci. Kuğay stated that legal action has been and will continue to be pursued against any attempts to damage this relationship.
