Evoriel: Revenue Growth Exceeds 10% in 2025 | Property Management
Evoriel, the French property management services group, reported a revenue increase of over 10% in 2025, reaching €362 million, mirroring similar growth experienced in 2024. The company, which encompasses former activities of Nexity related to condominium management, rental management, sales, rentals, and insurance brokerage, announced the results on Tuesday.
While the net profit figure was not disclosed, Erwan Dupuy, Evoriel’s CEO, stated, “We are in the green.” Dupuy attributed the continued growth to the investment plan initiated following its acquisition by Bridgepoint in December 2024. The focus, he explained, has been on creating a unified and integrated platform dedicated to property administration.
Evoriel operates under the brands Lamy, Oralia, and Richardière. The group was established in 2024, bringing together four historical brands in the French real estate services sector, offering a comprehensive range of property management solutions for individuals, businesses, institutions, and commercial clients throughout France. Services include condominium management, rental management, transactions, rentals, commercial asset management, and insurance.
The company highlighted its leadership position in energy renovation, noting its ongoing efforts in this area. Bridgepoint’s acquisition of the Residential Property Management Services previously part of Nexity facilitated this independent growth trajectory for Evoriel.
Evoriel currently employs 3,100 real estate professionals, according to the company.
