Are you​ a highly organized and communicative individual with a passion for events? heilbronn Marketing GmbH is seeking a‍ dedicated Event & Administrative Assistant to strengthen our team and contribute to ⁢the success of our diverse portfolio of venues and initiatives.

About ⁣the‌ Role:

This is a full-time (39 ⁣hours/week) permanent position offering a dynamic and varied workload. you will be a key support to ‍both the commercial⁢ management of‍ our event spaces and the sales​ efforts of⁣ the Convention Bureau.

Key⁣ Responsibilities:

* ‍ Provide thorough administrative and organizational support for daily operations, including preparing quotes, ‌contracts, and ⁤invoices.
* Manage incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
* Handle cash register​ operations and reconcile‍ cloakroom revenue.
* ‍ Assist⁤ with project management for a range of⁤ events,‍ including trade ​fairs, workshops, and internal company gatherings.
* Support the commercial management of our event venues and the sales team of the Convention Bureau.

What We’re Looking For:

* Completed vocational training as‍ a hotel clerk, event planner, office administrator, or a comparable commercial qualification.
* ⁣ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with ⁤event management software (BpEvent⁢ is a ‍plus) and knowledge of the Meeting ‌Place ⁤Ordinance ⁣(VStättVO) are highly desirable.
* ‌ Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with additional language ‍skills considered a benefit.
* A structured⁢ and detail-oriented approach to work, ‍combined with a⁣ collaborative team spirit.
* ‍​ Flexibility and a willingness to work outside of ‍standard business hours as needed.
