Eva Evelyn Kramerová’s Dramatic Transformation: Comedian Reveals Emotional Roots of Weight Loss
Bratislava, Slovakia – Slovak comedian Eva Evelyn Kramerová has undergone a striking physical transformation, appearing noticeably slimmer in recent photos circulating online. The popular performer, known for her candid humor and relatable takes on life, attributes her weight loss to a shift in mindset surrounding food and a newfound practice of conscious eating.
Kramerová has openly discussed a lifelong struggle with body image, stemming from a childhood environment where weight was heavily emphasized. She recalls her grandmother’s preoccupation with dieting and even experimenting with unconventional methods herself, such as a two-week period of eating only once a day based on the advice of a Chinese doctor. “I went to a Chinese doctor and he told me to eat once a day, so I ate like that for 2 weeks. By limiting sugar, I didn’t have a migraine at all this month, for example. So it helped me a lot, but I said to myself, no, that’s not the system for me,” Kramerová shared on the YAUUU PS: that hurt podcast.
The comedian’s journey wasn’t about restrictive dieting, but rather a fundamental change in her relationship with food. “I started to think consciously about what I want to eat and when I want to eat. Because I wasn’t really hungry, that I was losing weight, it was more on a psychological basis,” she explained.Kramerová revealed that food had long been an “emotional spike,” triggered by past restrictions. “My food has always been an emotional spike, because it was forbidden, and whenever I could, I compensated for it, even if I wasn’t hungry.”
Now, Kramerová focuses on fueling her body for energy. The next step in her journey, and what slowed the process, will be revealed on the next page.
