ESPN Streaming: Sign Up & Start Watching Now | ESPN.com

February 28, 2026 Julia Evans – Entertainment Editor Entertainment

ESPN is streamlining its streaming services, consolidating its offerings into two primary tiers: ESPN Select and ESPN Unlimited, according to a recent announcement and details available through the ESPN app.

The fresh structure aims to provide viewers with more focused options for accessing live sports and related content. ESPN Select will include ESPN+, offering a range of events and on-demand programming. ESPN Unlimited will encompass all ESPN networks and services, including ESPN+, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, SECN, ACCN, ESPNEWS, and ESPN Deportes, as well as ESPN on ABC content.

The ESPN app, available on both Android and iOS platforms, serves as the central hub for accessing these services. The app features live streaming of thousands of events, studio shows, sports documentaries, and on-demand content. Users can also access real-time scores, breaking news, and expert analysis. Features like “SC For You” deliver personalized highlight reels, while “Streamcenter” allows for interactive viewing experiences during live games.

Content available through ESPN’s streaming services includes major leagues such as the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL, as well as college sports, golf, soccer, tennis (including Grand Slams), and a library of sports documentaries like ESPN’s “30 for 30” series. Popular shows like “SportsCenter,” “GetUp,” “First Take,” and “College Gameday” are also available.

While ESPN is promoting the convenience and comprehensive nature of its new streaming options, some content availability may vary by region. Specific questions regarding access can be directed to the ESPN FAQ page at support.espn.com. The company notes that certain content requires a paid subscription, and terms and restrictions apply.

ESPN’s move to consolidate its streaming services comes as competition in the sports streaming market intensifies. The company is actively encouraging users to download the ESPN app to experience the new offerings, but has not yet specified a date for the full transition to the new tiered system.
