A compelling opportunity exists for a seasoned SaaS Sales professional in Louisiana. This role demands a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of six years of experience within the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry. Crucially, candidates must possess at least three years of direct sales experience targeting financial institutions or contact centers/customer experience environments.

This position isn’t just about closing deals; it’s about building relationships and understanding the unique challenges faced by organizations in these sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and a deep understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions and contact centers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts within a CRM system.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 6+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling specifically into financial institutions or contact centers/customer experience organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model.
  • Excellent dialog, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • proficiency in CRM software (e.g.,Salesforce,HubSpot).
