Live entertainment technology companies Fever and DICE have announced a strategic merger, aiming to create a dominant force in the global live events market, according to a press release issued by Fever Newsroom on Wednesday.

The combined entity will leverage Fever’s data-driven discovery platform and DICE’s direct-to-fan ticketing technology. Fever currently inspires over 300 million people across more than 40 countries to attend events, while DICE is known for its mobile-first ticketing approach and relationships with artists and venues. The companies state the merger is intended to “democratize access to culture and entertainment.”

Fever has established partnerships with major organizations including Netflix, F.C. Barcelona and Primavera Sound. The company also recently secured a contract with IFEMA MADRID to enhance the fan experience at its venues, as reported by Fever Newsroom.

The merger comes as both companies continue to expand their offerings. Fever has been actively promoting “Candlelight” concerts, classical music performances in unique settings, across Australia, including performances dedicated to “The Wizard of Oz,” according to recent announcements from Fever Newsroom.

Fever is currently seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to support the growth of its business unit focused on corporate and institutional clients. The role, based in an unspecified location, offers a base salary between $90,000 and $100,000, plus performance-based bonuses, and benefits including health insurance, a 401(K) plan, and a discount on Fever events. The company emphasizes a “hybrid” work model, allowing for one day of remote work per week.

Fever states its commitment to diversity and inclusion in its hiring practices, encouraging applications from individuals of all backgrounds. The company’s candidate privacy notice is available online.
