Emilio Aceto, 66, Remembered Following Sudden Passing
THORNHILL, ON – Emilio Aceto, a longtime resident of Toronto, Ontario, died unexpectedly on November 10, 2025, at his home surrounded by family. He was 66. The Archdiocese of Toronto’s Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home is handling arrangements for a Funeral Mass and entombment.
Aceto’s passing leaves a void in the hearts of his wife,Luisa,with whom he shared 35 years of marriage,and their children,Cristienne,Umberto,and gianna. The loss is also deeply felt by his brother, Joe (Rose), and extended family and friends.A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at the Chapel of St. Joseph at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, located at 211 langstaff Road East, Thornhill. Following the Mass, Mr.Aceto will be entombed at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery – holy Trinity Mausoleum, 8361 Yonge Street, Thornhill.
Born July 25, 1959, in Toronto to Umberto and Gilda Aceto, Emilio is remembered as a beloved husband, father, and brother. He is predeceased by his sister, Mary, and brother, Nada.
